Fort Myers Airport (RSW)

Pay: $16.00/hour | Weekly Pay Every Monday | Full-Time

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? EDS Service Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Rental Car Supervisor to join our airport operations team!

What You'll Do:

• Supervise drivers and car cleaners during your shift.
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor productivity and maintain operational standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Complete daily reports and operational paperwork.
• Assist the Site Manager and help cover operational needs when required.
• Help keep rental vehicles ready and available for customers.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience
Valid Driver's License
Clean driving record (last 3 years)
Must be available to work any shift (AM/PM), weekends, and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
