Apartment Make Ready Technician

We are seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician for a busy multifamily apartment community in Bradenton, FL. This role is responsible for turning vacant units efficiently so incoming residents have a great move-in experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform unit turns: patching, painting, cleaning, and small repairs.

• Assist the maintenance team with basic maintenance tasks and resident-ready inspections.

• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a safe, orderly manner.

• Work with the team to meet turn-time goals and move-in deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment make ready or residential maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to follow checklists and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and customer service mindset.

• Full-time availability and reliable transportation.
