Apartment Maintenance Technician II (EPA Type I & II)

We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician II with EPA Type I & II certification for an affordable housing apartment community in Oldsmar, FL. This full-time position focuses on HVAC, general maintenance, and resident service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs in apartment homes and common areas.

• Handle resident service requests promptly with strong customer service.

• Support preventative maintenance programs and the unit make-ready process.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• EPA Type I & II (or Universal) certification required or strongly preferred.

• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar residential maintenance environment.

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs safely and efficiently.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
