Construction Project Manager/Site Supervisor

We are a General Contractor based in the NYC metropolitan area, specializing in public projects. We are looking for a full-time, experienced Project Manager/ Project Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the projects at multiple sites in New York City. This is a salaried position, and the employee must be available on-call.

Experience in Public works is preferred.

The Construction Project Manager/Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Coordinating project activities with subcontractors
• Ensuring schedules, document control, and quality standards are met
• Preparing Sign in Sheets and Daily Report
• Preparing submittals, RFPs, and RFIs
• Conducting takeoffs and preparing bid documents
• Supervise daily activities on the construction site, including managing workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Job costing and estimation
• AutoCAD and shop drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Public Projects
• OSHA Certification

Salary: Based on experience
