Business Operations & Dispatch Coordinator

We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated Business Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly while we're in the field. We want to be clear: this is not a temporary or filler role. We're looking for someone who wants to become a true part of the FieldWyse team for the long haul and grow with us as the company grows. The right person will find that their responsibilities — and their compensation — expand alongside the business

This is a part-time W-2 position, 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20–30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Work Order Platform Management
• Administrative & Paperwork
• Bid Support
• Lead Follow-Up & Business Development Support
• Dispatch & Scheduling

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be representing the company in emails and calls
• Experience supporting a small business owner or working in a one- or two-person office where you wore multiple hats
• Background in construction, trades, field service, or facilities management is a plus!
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience
• Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly (work order systems, procurement portals, etc.)
• Proficient in email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and basic spreadsheets
• Self-starter who can manage tasks without being micromanaged
