Post frame carpenter

Join our professional post frame construction crew as a Post Frame Carpenter. We seek a motivated individual to join our small, skilled team of 2-3 members. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train aspiring carpenters eager to develop their skills. This fixed location role offers pay ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, with potential for higher compensation for the right fit. You will report to the Crew Leader and work with a self-managed approach in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Install posts and assemble frames accurately
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment
• Ensure site cleanliness and safety compliance
• Interpret blueprints to guide construction tasks
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in post frame construction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic carpentry skills and use of power tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Knowledge of post frame construction techniques and safety procedures
• Strong physical stamina for manual labor
• Ability to work well within a small team
