Midway Staffing is currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Antioch, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with immediate openings available on all shifts.

Location: Antioch, IL

Schedule & Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:50 PM | $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:50 PM – 11:10 PM | $15.25/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:10 PM – 6:30 AM | $16.00/hour

Overtime required as needed during peak production periods.

Duties:

• Catch aluminum foil trays, rolls, and sheets from production lines.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Count products accurately and package finished goods according to specifications.
• Maintain production goals while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Strong counting and basic math skills.
• Ability to conduct detailed visual inspections.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in a loud production environment; hearing protection is provided.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Must be available to work overtime, including weekends, during peak production periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
