Marketing & Sales Growth Specialist – Authorized ADT Dealer (Security & Smart Home Industry)

Direct Protection Security, Inc., a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Sales Growth Specialist to join our growing team.

This position is perfect for someone who understands marketing, customer engagement, and what drives people to buy. You will work directly with our sales team to create new ideas, improve customer outreach, and help increase overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Create and assist with marketing campaigns to generate new customers and leads
• Develop creative strategies to promote security, smart home, and ADT services
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to review what is working in the field
• Provide feedback, ideas, and recommendations to improve sales approaches and customer presentations
• Help develop sales materials, talking points, and marketing strategies
• Review sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with social media content, advertising, and brand awareness
• Collaborate with management on company growth initiatives
