Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented customer service agent to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and vehicle cleaning services to ensure each car looks its absolute best. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help deliver a top-tier customer experience, leaving vehicles spotless and customers satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in car detailing while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Looking for a self starter with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, removing trash and interior detailing to meet high standards of cleanliness.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and janitorial standards.

• Assist with basic car wash procedures and other custodial tasks as needed to support overall shop operations.

• Assist with putting gas in cars, charging cars and taking back and forth to vendors.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about services performed and addressing customer questions professionally.

Experience

• Prior experience in car detailing, auto cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• Previous experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for mobility around the shop or customer locations.
