CDL A Company Driver

The CDL A Company Driver will be responsible for long-haul solo driving assignments, operating company-owned trucks with a focus on safety and compliance. This role involves weekly overnight travel and requires an experienced driver who adheres to DOT regulations and maintains vehicle safety throughout trips.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned trucks on long-haul routes as a solo driver
• Comply with all applicable DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure safe driving practices to protect cargo and public safety
• Maintain communication with dispatch and management
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
• Manage weekly overnight travel schedules effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial truck driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A License
• Strong understanding of safe driving practices
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Effective communication skills
