Jr. Software/Hardware Test Technician

Key Responsibilities

● Perform comprehensive software and hardware testing

● Collaborate with SQA, service technicians and engineers to document, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve issues.

● Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed, adhering to industry standards and company procedures.

● Engage with software developers, hardware engineers, and SEIT teams to optimize testing processes.

● Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed, adhering to industry standards and company procedures using Jira, Salesforce and TestRails.

● Stack or handle boxes up to 50lbs.

Required Skills

● Technical Skills:

○ Technical knowledge and experience in electronics.

○ Aptitude for diverse user interfaces (keyboards, game controllers, etc.) and swift adoption of new technologies.

○ Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Outlook, shared network drives, Jira, and Salesforce for task management, project tracking, and team communication.

○ Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

○ Basic understanding of foundational science concepts and an aptitude for quickly grasping new terminology.

○ Adept in software and hardware testing procedures.
