Apartment Make Ready Technician

We are hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Apollo Beach, FL. This full-time role focuses on preparing vacant units for new residents and supporting overall property appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Complete unit turn tasks: cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and punch-list items.

• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes as needed.

• Support the maintenance team with common-area upkeep and curb appeal.

• Document work orders and follow up to ensure units are ready on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Experience in apartment make ready, maintenance, or related construction/handyman work preferred.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and safely perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule.
