Golf Course Laborer

The Golf Course Laborer plays a critical role in maintaining the pristine condition of the golf course by performing groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and equipment operation. As a vital member of the maintenance team, this role requires physical stamina and teamwork to ensure the course is safe and enjoyable for all players. This position involves early morning shifts and weekend or holiday work, offering opportunities for skill development in a dynamic outdoor environment. This is a seasonal position that will last through late October and possibly early November based on weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping tasks to maintain turf health and appearance
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, trimming
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily maintenance goals
• Engage in manual labor such as lifting, mowing, and clearing debris
