Restaurant Shift Leader

Burning Rice, a Korean BBQ fast casual restaurant chain is opening a new location in Prosper, TX, and we're hand-selecting the leadership team that's going to run it.

We're not just filling a position, we're building a core group of Shift Leaders who will train across our DFW locations, earn their footing, and open this new location together as a unified team. If you're selected, you'll be one of the first leaders of a brand-new Burning Rice, with real responsibility, real recognition, and compensation to match.

The opportunity:

• You'll spend roughly five to six weeks training at one of our current Burning Rice locations.
• You'll learn our systems, our standards, and our culture, then carry that into Prosper as part of the opening team.
• This is for people who are serious about what they do.
• You will be transferred over to Prosper once the store opens in August

What you will do:

• Lead the floor and set the tone every shift
• Hold the standard for speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Support and develop the team members around you
• Open and close with full accountability
• Be the direct link between your team and management

Who we're looking for:

• You're outgoing, composed under pressure, and people follow your lead naturally.
• You don't need a management title on your resume, but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and makes everyone around you better.
• We'll train you the right way.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• A strong work ethic and great attitude are non-negotiable.
