Maintenance Support Technician

WHAT YOU'LL DO
✦ Keep production running: perform urgent on-the-spot repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on time — every time.
✦ Own equipment safety: verify safety switches are functioning and ensure pinch points and hazards are clearly marked.
✦ Handle facility upkeep: tackle building repairs (doorknobs, door closures, and more) quickly and efficiently.
✦ Retool and set up equipment as needed to support production demands.
✦ Maintain a clean, organized parts room so the right part is always easy to find.
✦ Process internal repair orders for full accountability and transparent tracking.
✦ Drive downtime reduction: your goal is to minimize disruptions and maximize output.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✦ 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing service environment.
✦ Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told, you spot a problem and fix it.
✦ Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
✦ Strong communication skills and a true team-player attitude.
✦ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
✦ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift.
✦ Good close and color vision with the ability to adjust focus (working with machinery and detailed parts).

WHY OUR COMPANY?
✦ Mid-Level Technician (1–3 years of experience): $27–$30/hour
Experienced Technician (3–7 years of experience): $32–$38/hour
✦ Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM — no rotating nights or weekends by default.
