Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple commercial concrete construction projects. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating field operations, mentoring superintendents and foremen, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive field experience and the ability to manage multiple projects while building strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage multiple project superintendents and field teams.

·         Oversee project schedules, manpower, and production.

·         Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

·         Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

·         Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.

·         Mentor and develop field personnel.

·         Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

Qualifications

·         10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.

·         5+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role.

·         Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, and site coordination.

·         Ability to read plans and specifications.

·         Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

·         Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
