Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor for second shift to lead daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and support a safe, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Computer and scanner experience
• Sit down Forklift experience
• Inventory tracking and inventory control experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling and shift coordination
• Ability to enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and warehouse operations
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
• Train and support team members
• Coordinate staffing and shift schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

We offer $26.50/hour. After 90 days, an increase and transition to annual salary and benefits.
