POSITION SUMMARY:
Corporate Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customers' servers, computers, networks & infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing security measures and ensuring optimal network performance. The Field Service Technician will also be responsible for assisting our customers with their day-to-day computer and networking needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
This position reports to the Field Service Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Provide on-site technical support to contract clients.
- Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients and maintain a positive relationship with them.
- Document all issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the client's needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
- Participate in on‑call rotation after‑hours or critical support events.
- Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
- Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
- All teammates are expected to demonstrate job flexibility and perform other duties as assigned to deliver on our promise to keep the client's needs our priority.
- Perform general server support
- Support of MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:- Managed Services experience
- 5+ years' experience in IT related field
- CompTIA A+, and/or Network +,and/or Security +
- Experience with Python and API's
- Any vendor certifications
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
Must have valid driver's license with clean driving history

Work Location: Coconut Grove, FL (Surrounding Area). This is an onsite position.
Salary range is $30.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour
