Companion Care Needed

I am looking for a caregiver for my 93-year-old grandmother. She has been independent living alone until a recent fall + hospital + rehab stay & did not regain full independence. I work at a school during the year & will need someone to be here when I go to work. She has hospital bed, bedside commode, wheel chair & recliner. I get her cleaned up & dressed the night before. Blood sugar checks, giving insulin/medicines & heating already prepped meals are the main needs. Other than that, she just needs someone physically with her.
