What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
You will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one coach who will teach you every part of our community-based operation. Once trained, you will:
Connect Locally: Head out into the field to meet face-to-face with local business owners and professionals to understand what their teams need.
Educate Help: Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.
Build Relationships: Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact to support your clients over the long term.
Run Your Day: Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a traditional office resume to thrive here. In fact, people with experience as shift supervisors, warehouse leads, crew foremen, restaurant captains, or assistant managers often excel in this environment! We are looking for:
A Strong Work Ethic: You genuinely want to learn a brand-new professional skill set and aren't afraid of hard work.
