What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You will be fully supported from your very first day by a one-on-one coach who will teach you every part of the role. Once trained, you will:

• Educate Help: Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance programs available to their employees.

• Build Relationships: Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact to support your clients over the long term.

• Run Your Day: Take ownership of your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a traditional office resume to thrive here. In fact, people with experience as shift supervisors, warehouse leads, crew foremen, restaurant captains, or assistant managers often do incredibly well! We are looking for:

• A Strong Work Ethic: You genuinely want to learn a new professional skill set and aren't afraid of hard work.

• Great People Skills: You are honest, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable talking to new people.
