Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for a great babysitter for my children. My husband and I have a work trip and would need someone to stay 24 hours with the kids from early Sunday to evening Wednesday. Ideally, we can continue prn babysitting jobs after this. The kids are 12 (boy), 10 (girl), 8 (girl) and 4 (girl) and love to swim and play games. Please be comfortable with pets, we have 3 fun-loving dogs (2 jack russells and 1 puppy german shepherd), but the shepherd will probably stay at a friend's ranch during that time.
