Order Selector - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Order Selector to join their team. As a Order Selector, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Selector

Location: CHIPLEY, FL

Pay Range:  $14

Shift: 7a - 3p

What's the Job?

• Select and gather products based on customer orders using handheld scanners or voice-picking systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stack, wrap, and label pallets or packages for shipment.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and packaging to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 lbs) consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
