We are currently seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating asphalt milling equipment is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Some Saturdays are required. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling machines and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper milling speed, depth, and alignment according to project specifications.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
