Homecare LPN Compensation

• Pay rate: $42.47 per hour + Mileage reimbursement: 0.43 cents per week
• Shift Requirements:monday thru friday 8am to 5pm

Homecare LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide care for clients following the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Monitor client's vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care.
• Complete routines established by care professionals such as PT, OT, and Speech Therapists.
• Document nursing actions of all care given and communicate appropriately.
• Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
• Ensure incident reports are completed timely and accurately and that appropriate personnel are notified.

Homecare LPN QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; on-call schedule includes one weekend every four weeks.
• Work Environment: Onsite

Education/Licenses Needed

• GA LPN license (compact license accepted)
