Responsibilities; Oversee and coordinate nursing staff activities during the night shift to ensure seamless patient care delivery.Provide direct patient care and support to nursing staff as needed to maintain high-quality service.Assign duties and manage staffing to optimize workflow and meet patient care needs effectively.Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies in collaboration with the care team.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the shift.Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and patient care planning.Mentor and support nursing staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to promote professional development.
