The DM provides Direct Store Delivery (DSD) service to all channels of customers. Primary function is delivery and distribution of all products on an assigned route within prescribed timelines. Deliver, merchandise and unload pre-sold orders; check product quantities for accuracy; assure product is rotated properly safeguarding against past dated products available to consumers; and maintain paperwork. DMs manage customer expectations regarding delivery and receiving instructions, and back room storage and effectively communicate with Territory Sales Managers and Delivery Merchandiser Managers with any opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Making route deliveries to convenience stores, grocery stores, schools and other customers.Coordinating stocking and proper merchandising of product in stores.
