Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.Monitor and record patients vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.Help patients move safely around the facility, including transfers and ambulation.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by following infection control protocols.Assist nursing staff with medical equipment and patient care tasks as directed.Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in medical records.
