In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. *MUST BE A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT* What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: The Certified Nursing Assistant Transportation Driver under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to provide transportation services for facility Residents using the facility van. · Work with nursing staff to schedule medical appointments. · Transport residents to and from their medical appointments. · In coordination with nursing staff, ensure that proper medical documents are accurate for transport to medical visits/appointments. · Maintain safety and comfort of residents during transportation. · Keep a detailed log of all transports. · Maintain the routine van mileage log. · In coordination with facility maintain and schedule routine van maintenance.
