Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of grocery products to residential homes while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires dedication to customer service, a safety-minded approach to operations, and possesses the ability to navigate routes efficiently. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our tradition of excellent service. The work is demanding but it is also rewarding both monetarily and in the services youre providing. Your day is in constant motion, whether driving, or when lifting and carrying groceries from your vehicle to the customer's porch, all while ensuring they receive the highest quality service and products. What does your day look like? Pre-trip inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness to ensure safety and compliance.Operation of delivery vehicle(s) along assigned routes, ensuring deliveries are timely, accurate, and high quality.Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.Navigating using GPS systems or maps to optimize delivery routes.Communicating effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.End of day reconciliation of goods and settling discrepancies.Cleaning and tidying vehicles to end of day process specifications
