Small Apartment Just Need Some Maintenance

It's a small apartment but I have disabilities and it's been difficult keeping up with the cleaning by myself. Mainly just need help running trash out to the dumpster, picking up and gathering clutter off of the floor. Would like to work with someone who has experience working with people with disabilities, or someone empathetic and non judgemental please.
