CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH to hire Machine Maintenance Technicians on 1st & 2nd shift! This is a direct-hire opportunity. The position offers competitive pay rates and the opportunity to join a growing company.

Pay Rate: $17-$40.25 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT available
• 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm, OT available

Job Summary:
We are looking for a machine maintenance technician who will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and inspections on a variety of production equipment including CNC grinders, lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
• Handle a variety of chemicals and oils, including hazardous wastes - utilizing the proper PPE and equipment, and ensuring proper labeling per state and federal requirements.
• Maintain necessary maintenance records. Detect and report unusual conditions problems to proper supervisor.
• Move and store tools, materials, equipment and components as directed.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Keep work area in clean and orderly condition.
• Participates in regular skills and safety trainings.
• Available to work overtime to support repairs and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Machine maintenance or machining experience at a manufacturing company or closely related industry.

Preferred Experience:

• Maintaining, diagnosing, and fixing (not limited to):
  • Bridgeport
  • Haas
  • Okuma
  • Mori Sieki
  • Mazak
  • Grinding machinery like Cincinatti and/or Nagata, among many others
