Job Description

SENIOR WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Senior Warehouse Technician for a company based in Memphis, TN. The Senior Warehouse Technician is an operational and leadership role. The position involves managing daily warehouse functions, supervising teams, and ensuring washers, dryers, and vending equipment are properly prepped, repaired, and dispatched for the customer.

Pay Rate
$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Senior Warehouse Technician Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day shipping, receiving, and secure storage of heavy equipment and parts.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse and installation staff, while monitoring daily scheduling and budgets.
Equipment Prep: Supervise the unpacking, assembling, installing, and testing of machines to ensure they are ready for delivery.
Asset Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and company delivery vehicles.
Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with government safety regulations and company policies.

Senior Warehouse Te Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years in warehouse maintenance, inventory control, or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Licensing: Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screenings.
Physical Strength: Must be able to frequently lift, push, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50–100 lbs.
