Restaurant General Manager

We are a growing, upscale trendy concept that is looking for an eager Restaurant GM to assist with overseeing the high-volume restaurant team!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure the whole team receives proper training/coaching and supervision providing extraordinary motivational guidance across the team
• Drive scheduling, hiring, onboarding in a timely manner
• Take full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
• Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Be the lead Guest Satisfaction champion

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in a similar role with an upscale dining concept
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability and desire to engage with customers on table touches
• Flexible to the needs of the business
• Willingness to learn
