Pay Rate: [$43.00 Based on experience]

Are you a motivated professional looking to build your career in program management? We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects while helping drive organizational success and strategic goals.

What You'll Do:

✅ Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and performance metrics
✅ Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects
✅ Coordinate activities across departments and teams to ensure program success
✅ Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
✅ Identify and mitigate risks while developing contingency plans as needed
✅ Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular program updates
✅ Support organizational initiatives and drive positive business outcomes

Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field required
✔️ PMP or PMI Certification preferred
✔️ 0-2 years of program or project management experience
✔️ Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
✔️ Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $48.00 to $53.00 per hour
