We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Steel Project Manager to join our team in Sewickley, PA. In this role, you will oversee various steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple steel construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.
Qualifications
  • Entry Level to expeirenced project management within the steel construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry is a plus.
