Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need hands-on care to take care of my sister in Youngstown. I would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, using a hoyer lift to transfer from recliner chair to wheelchair/toilet and back to recliner. Seeking someone to do easy meal preparation and clean-up. I'm hoping for someone to play a card game or Sorry game after lunch-- indoors or on the porch. Preference is for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
