Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a backup babysitter for my6-year-old son with ADHD-C in the evenings while I work (from home office) Monday through Wednesday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. He goes to bed at 8 p.m. so there would be some downtime at end with flexibility to leave early. He is high energy, needs in moment reminders for expected tasks, and has some behavioral challenges. The behavioral challenges are mostly physical boundary violations and loud noises or inappropriate language but can be oppositional at times. I also have a 14yo teenage boy. He may need transportation home from golf practice sometimes but otherwise doesn't need care.
