Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Im disabled and cannot maintain this house on my own. Its gotten embarrassingly out of hand since my ex left. I need to start with a deep cleaning and then have someone come by once a week for a regular cleaning. They will need to be willing to change linens and change a litter box. If they are able to do healthy meal prep too, that would be amazing. Any day of the week is fine, but afternoons are preferred.
