Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Perform pre-screening of candidates for clinical competency and suitability.
\n
• Participate in second interviews with hiring managers as needed.
\n
• Float to other units when cardiovascular cases are not available to provide patient care support.
\n
• Complete mandatory training modules prior to the start of the assignment.
\n
• Adhere to hospital cancellation policies and ensure shift coverage as required.
\n
• Utilize the Cerner charting system for accurate patient documentation.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of California.
\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
\n
• Proficient in using the Cerner electronic health record system.
\n
• Ability to complete modules and onboarding within the assigned timeframe.
\n
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as per hospital requirements.
\n
• No requirement for a BSN degree for this role.
\n
