Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

  • Provide nursing care in the Family Birth Center, supporting 12 L&D beds and related units.
  • \n
  • Utilize Cerner & Fetal Link for electronic medical records and patient surveillance.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with an interprofessional team including a 24/7 Laborist for comprehensive care.
  • \n
  • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and California nurse-patient ratios.
  • \n
  • Participate in the weekend and holiday shift rotations as scheduled.
  • \n
  • Support the NICU with feeder and grower patients if experienced in this area.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Current RN license in the state of California required for submission.
  • \n
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN certifications required.
  • \n
  • COVID-19 vaccination required for compliance.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR systems preferred.
  • \n
  • Ability to pass a proctored Dysrhythmia Test on site upon starting.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills necessary for dynamic care settings.
