• Locals accepted; lower local rate applies within 50 miles

• Patient ratio: 1:1

• Daily census: 18
\n
• 5-room Cath Lab
\n
• Call required: 1 day/week and every 5th weekend
\n
• No regular weekend shift requirement
\n
• Will float as needed
\n
• Scrubs provided

• Diagnostic and interventional adult catheterizations

• Left and right heart catheterization

• PCI
\n
• IABP placement/removal
\n
• Pulmonary artery line / Swan Ganz monitoring
\n
• Procedural sedation administration and monitoring
\n
• IV vasopressors
\n
• Antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, emergency meds, reversal agents, and thrombolytics
\n
• Blood product administration
\n
• Starting IVs and IV infusion pumps
\n
• 12-lead EKG
\n
• ACT monitoring
\n
• Cardioversion
\n
• Circulating procedures
\n
• Dysrhythmia interpretation/management
\n
• Infection prevention and isolation precautions
\n
• Malignant hyperthermia protocols
\n
• RASS
\n
• Sheath removal and monitoring
\n
