Diesel Technician

Position Overview

A CDL is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

Experience Requirements
Qualified candidates should have 2–4 years of proven experience working with:

• Late-model Freightliner trucks
• Heavy-duty truck and trailer repair

Responsibilities

• Help reduce repair costs by minimizing outsourced workdirect daily shop management and workflow coordination
• Lead by example while maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Required Technical Skills
Experience with the following systems and repairs:

• Brake systems
• Suspension systems
• Transmissions
• Clutches
• Reefer units
• Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Hydraulics and PTO systems
• Heavy truck diagnostics and repair
• Welding and fabrication

Additional Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
