American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring a valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty.

- Home health setting with day shift hours \n
- Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to base compensation \n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted PT license in all applicable states of practice required; license required if applicable \n
- DPT degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent \n
- BLS certification from an approved vendor required (AHA, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS accepted) \n
- Valid driver's license required; candidate must be at least 21 years of age \n
- Minimum 2 years of recent home health or relevant PT experience required, with practice in the specialty within the last 3 months \n
- Candidates must have no prior disciplinary actions or hits on their license \n
- 2 supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years \n
- Skills checklist for the submitted specialty, completed within the past year, required for consideration \n
- DOB and SSN required for consideration \n

- RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer; requests exceeding 5 days will result in automatic disqualification \n
- All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in the clinical work history \n
