\n NYS license- [required]
\n ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted)- [required]
\n GE machine experience- [Required]
\n EPIC EMR -Required]
\n McKesson PACS- [required]
\n NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED

\n 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
\n License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT OR NMTCB, BLS and PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
\n Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
