Stepdown Cardiac/Neuro RN – Nights | Shift: Nights, 3x12s (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) | 36 hrs/week Experience: 2+ years Stepdown + 1 travel contract OR 5+ years Stepdown Required: Compact RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, recent Epic experience Must Have: Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation, post-cath care, STEMI/NSTEMI, neuro assessments, titratable drips (Cardizem, Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin), chest tubes, PIV insertion Patient Population: Cardiac, Neuro, Sepsis, DKA Unit: 19 beds | Nights ratio 1:4 Float: Yes Weekend: 3 weekends every 6 weeks | Every other holiday Scrubs: Navy Blue Local Rule: No candidates within 40 miles
