Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services, OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Assist surgeons during various procedures including ortho trauma, spine, neuro, GYN, and vascular surgeries.
\n
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure availability of necessary surgical equipment and tools.
\n
• Operate advanced surgical robotics such as Davinci, Mako, and Velys.
\n
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control procedures at all times.
\n
• Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately using Cerner.
\n
• Participate in on-call scheduling to support flexible staffing needs.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid CSTFA, CFA, or RNFA certification.
\n
• Proven experience in orthopaedic, neuro, and general surgical procedures.
\n
• Familiarity with robotic surgery equipment and techniques.
\n
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records and surgical documentation systems.
\n
• Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety.
\n
