Registered Nurse (RN) – Assisted Living Community

We’re seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a collaborative setting, supports seniors to live with dignity and independence, and leads with calm, clinical confidence.

\nWhat You’ll Do:
\n
\n • Provide and oversee resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical evaluations.
\n • Administer medications and treatments; monitor for changes in condition and respond promptly.
\n • Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and families.
\n • Lead, coach, and support care staff (CNAs/HHAs/Med Techs) to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
\n • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies.
\n • Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and infection prevention initiatives.
\n • Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans.
\n • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\n
\n • Current, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts
\n • 2 yrs prior recent experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, home health, or a similar setting preferred.
\n • Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and documentation skills.
\n • Comfortable leading teams, mentoring caregivers, and communicating with families.
\n • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused with a commitment to dignity and respect.
\n • Basic computer/EMR proficiency; ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
\n • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain promptly).
\nSchedule and Pay
\n - Full-time; 40 hrs per week weekends are required. \n
- 4 week assignment, possibility for extensions. \n
- Competitive pay based on experience. \n
Travel Pay Package: (must have a tax home greater than 60 miles from site)

- Taxable Hourly Pay: $25/hr \n
- Housing Stipend:$560/week \n
- MI&E: $315/week \n
Local Applicants: $$38 - $42/hr
