Job Description\nThe Travel Physical Therapist will provide essential therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. This position requires a dedicated professional to deliver outstanding patient care, perform evaluations, and develop treatment plans for rehabilitation.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans \n
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and transfers \n
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans \n
- Implement gait training and therapeutic exercises \n
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards using Meditech (Expanse) \n
- \n
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license \n
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required \n
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred \n
- Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment \n
- Strong adaptability and independence in clinical responsibilities \n
