Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide expert care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) units.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Float between units based on facility needs, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
\n
• Participate in on-call duty as required, providing responsive patient care.
\n
• Adhere to rigorous patient ratio standards, ensuring quality care delivery.
\n
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in Montana or Compact State, valid at time of submission.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in Labor & Delivery.
\n
• Must have travel nursing experience in LDRP settings.
\n
• Certifications in BLS, NRP required, CLC and Stable preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.
\n
• Experience with sterile vaginal exams and C-section circulation required.
\n
